A good starting point could be 2-3 times a week for 20-30 minutes, gradually building up to 30-60 minutes most days of the week with one rest in a week and making a better body for fit & healthy life..
Warm-up and Cool-down to prepare for workout: Always start with a warm-up to prepare your muscles for exercise and end with a cool-down to help your body recover.
Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to listening to your body to fit & healthy life and how your body feels and don’t push yourself too hard, especially when starting out. If you experience pain, stop and rest.

Stay Hydrated and Fuel Your Body: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workouts with limit, and eat a balanced diet to provide your body with the energy it needs.

If you want to be fit & healthy you can do push-ups to strengthen your chest, shoulders, Triceps, And core Muscles.Facing down, place your hand slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Place your toes on the floor. If that’s too hard, start with your knee on the floor. Your body should make a straight line from shoulders to knee or feet. Keep your rear-end muscles and abs engaged. Bend your elbows to lower down until you almost touch the floor. Lift back up by pushing through your elbows, keep your torso in a straight line throughout the move. Push-up shape and build muscles in your body.
STRETCHING

Stretching exercises are activities that lengthen muscles and improve their flexibility for fit & healthy life, stretching makes flexibility in your body. increasing range of motion in joints.
